PrimeSource Building Products, Inc., one of the nation's largest wholesale distributors of building supply products is seeking reliable, hard working Talent and Development Manager for our corporate office located in Irving, Texas.
Designs, implements, and measures the learning and development for the Company; in technical and interpersonal skills for all levels in the organization. Projects and manages budgets, administers the Company’s talent management platform, and manages the company-wide compliance program
The Talent and Development Manager position also leads the selection of vendors, tracks employee capabilities and progress, and evaluates training and development initiatives.
The Talent and Development Manager is responsible for determining the methods of delivery for knowledge and skill transformation. The Talent and Development Manager delivers learning via live/recorded webinars and live sessions
Responsibilities include the following. Additional duties may be assigned as needed:
Bachelor’s degree with preference in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management or Adult learning and education; 7 to 10+ years experience with technical-related and leadership development training within a corporate, plant or operational facility. Experience in building and leading corporate training programs.
Proficient use of computers, including Learning Systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
