This position will be based out of the corporate office located in Irving, Texas.
Reporting to the Manager, Forecasting and Business Analytics this role will have SIOP demand planning responsibility for all products and major sales channels. This role will also be responsible for other advanced analytics related to SIOP.
This position will be responsible following. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary:
Experience: Ideal candidates will be individuals of considerable influencing and sophisticated leadership skills whose previous experience includes:
• 3 (+) years performing in an analyst position with experience in demand planning, inventory management, supply chain, and customer service.
• Familiarity with private label fasteners, building supplies, MRO materials, and hardware and/or hand tools preferred.
• Demonstrated experience using sophisticated Forecasting, Planning, and MRP/ERP system (SAP ECC and SAP APO experience ideal)
• Expertise in the development and use of inventory effectiveness analytics.
• APICS or IBF certification ideal
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to independently identify and resolve problems or take advantage of opportunities.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:
Strong proficient Microsoft Office skills.
SAP APO preferred
SAP ECC preferred
SAP BOBJ preferred
