Summary/Objective

Nationwide Industries a PrimeSource Brands Company is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team to manage marketing, promotional and advertising strategies for residential and commercial building products. This person will be responsible for the planning and execution of short and long-term marketing strategies, branding objectives and tactics to position the business as an innovator and industry leader

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to online channel experience, social listening, web analytics, A/B testing, mobile experience, growing reach and engagement with email marketing, SEM, SEO, display, social media and retargeting across all digital channels.

• Develop, create, and deploy the creation of digital content to be utilized in digital campaigns for multiple influencers through marketing automation software to drive customer conversions.

• Strategically organize and optimize keyword portfolios to maximize website visibility and drive traffic to targeted website pages utilizing the Content Management Software (CMS) to facilitate content upload.

• Manage on-site information of the websites including product descriptions, videos, images, and related content. Monitor, analyze, interpret, and communicate website traffic, data, usage trends, and performance of online marketing campaigns. Proactively make data-driven recommendations based on company KPI’s and identify opportunities for improvements.

• Oversee the social media strategy development and best practices across various platforms and social communities (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Video/YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.) for the brands.

• Measure, enhance, and expand market position and image of the company through various goals and objectives.

• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities by recommending changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and research.

• Generate reports based on information collected, such as marketing trends, competitors, new products, and pricing.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Sr. Management, Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Business Analytics, and Business Development to develop strategic partnership activities, implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.

• Manage and launch product commercialization and channel marketing programs from development to after promotion analysis.

• Oversee creation and delivery of all sales collateral, to include price catalogues, product presentations, sell sheets, press releases, advertisements, promotional literature, and other marketing materials

• Keep pace with new technologies, industry digital trends, best practices, and keep the company at the forefront of research, developments, and recommendations in digital marketing.

• Inform sales/customers of digital strategies to maintain communication, alignment, and coordination of all lead generation efforts.

2) Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task while working as part of a team.

3) Excellent attention to detail and good follow through, including proactive status updates and communication with team members.

4) Team player, who works well with diverse team members of all levels with different personalities and backgrounds, including many of whom work in other locations.

5) 3-5+ years relevant experience preferred

6) Analytical skills to summarize and analyze business activities.

7) Experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree in graphic arts, digital marketing, communications, or related field.

2. Strong analytical skills.

3. Excellent eye for detail.
