    PrimeSource Building Products, Inc. one of the nation’s largest wholesale distributors of building supply products, has an immediate opportunity available for an experienced, reliable, and hard working Operations Coordinator to join the team.


    Position has two shifts:


    1.  7 A.M. - 4 P.M.

    2.  9 A.M. - 6 P.M.



    This position will be based out of the corporate office located in Irving, Texas.


    This position will be responsible following. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary:


    • Places direct container orders with mills for assigned accounts/executives
    • Tracks the status of direct container orders from order entry to invoice for assigned accounts/executives
    • Monitor the progress of team sales promotions
    • Create and maintain a library of customer private label artwork
    • Communicate with mills regarding any PO updates (ie: revised ship dates, pricing, artwork changes, etc.)
    • Provide reporting to assigned executives, management and customers as assigned (ie: customer PO tracking report, open orders not invoiced, profitability report, unconfirmed report, etc.)
    • Work within SalesForce to communicate with rest of company



    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 2 or more years of related experience.

    Ability to multitask. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills. Familiarity with sourcing/ supply
    chain management a plus. Problem solving skills; ability to make decisions independently with established guidelines in place.


    Computer Skills:


    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:

    • Advanced knowledge for Excel. Experience in SAP, Tableau, and/or SalesForce is a plus.
