    The WMS Technical Analyst will be responsible for the Implementation, Configuration and Technical Administration of the WMS solutions. Providing support to our end user community, developers, business analysts and business process owners for one or more of the following areas in the WMS world: Material Receiving, Warehouse Optimization, Shipping, Inventory Management, Reporting, Analytics and the WMS Integration with SAP.

    This position will team with IT Analysts and developers to implement the WMS system using the best business practices available in our industry. As a side duty, this analyst will also work closely to support analysts to assist with the end users support duties. The SAP Technical Analyst will facilitate the implementation and support of WMS related applications to enhance the company’s business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.





    • Project Functions. Planning and tracking project activities, teams’ coordination.

    • Identify tasks and interrelationships to evaluate functional and cross-functional requirements.

    • Lead the Design, Configuration and implementation of WMS system solutions.

    • Write functional specifications for the IT Development Team.

    • Provide WMS first-level of support and guidance to the IT technical team.

    • Troubleshoot, investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.

    • Map company's business requirements, processes and objectives.

    • Manage and Develop the necessary system modifications (Upgrades and Updates) to satisfy company's needs.

    • Lead and Develop system test scripts to be used during the Integration and Volume test activities.

    • Lead User Acceptance, Unit, System and Volume testing.

    • Technical Administration and Monitor system diagnostics: Application Performance (Data Base, Job Queues, Response time, Interfaces, Security, etc.)



    Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Sciences or related field preferred or a combination of work experience and education in a related area. 


    Experience and Computer Skills:

    • Minimum 5 years of Implementation & Configuration experience in WMS Solutions, specifically Manhattan WMS Application.

    • Minimum 5 years of Experience in Manhattan WMS Integration with SAP for  areas such as : Inventory Management ( Receiving, Shipping, Cycle Counting) Accounting (Inventory Valuation & Reconciliation) and Data Warehousing Integration.

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Manhattan WMS Administration (Security, Performance Monitoring, Jobs, Data Base and Integration with SAP)

    • Must have 3 years of experience implementing Manhattan WMS solutions for Distribution Centers

    • Solid Understanding of Networking and Mobile Technology (Scan guns, Wireless Infrastructure).

    • Knowledge of SAP-WMS related components (MM-Material Management and FI-Finance).

    • Must possess a solid understanding about System Security policies in areas such as: Manhattan WMS access profiles, Networking, Cloud, Single Sign-on and scan guns.

    • Process design skills and experience with basic SQL stored procedures and Reporting Tools.

    • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products
