PrimeSource Building Products, a national distributor of building materials, is seeking candidates for a Merchandising Specialist to service our Memphis, TN area.
You will service 23 stores on a schedule (some on a weekly basis and some on a bi-weekly basis) in the following areas: All bi-weekly--(TN) Memphis, Collierville, Covington, Jackson, Bartlett, Cordova, Dyersburg, Millington, Mila (MS) Olive Branch, Horn Lake, Southhaven, MS (AR) Jonesboro
Hourly Pay: $14.00+/hr depending on experience PLUS a Monthly Car Allowance reimbursement
FULL TIME JOB WITH BENEFITS (8 hour shift with ½ hour lunch)
FLEXIBLE START TIMES (5AM to 9AM)
FLEXIBLE END TIMES (1:30PM to 5:30PM) depending on your start time
NO WEEKENDS! WORK INDEPENDENTLY IN THE FIELD!
You also will be provided with a Samsung Note and company polo shirt.
Merchandising Specialists are expected to service 2 to 3 stores a day within their territory. You are paid mileage as soon as you leave your driveway. You work independently from home remotely and are responsible for merchandising fasteners (nails and screws) in assigned Home Improvement retail stores. You will drive to various customer locations using your own personal vehicle. We offer an auto reimbursement program for mileage driven.(Rules and Restrictions apply).
Once onsite, the primary job responsibilities include down-stocking products, installing signage, maintaining plan-o-gram layouts, pricing displays, and training store employees on the different fasteners.
This role plays an important part for our company overall because their efforts are critical to our sales goals and our customer’s profitability. You are the first line of customer service, and maintains an important partnership between our customers and vendors.
