PrimeSource Building Products, Inc., one of the fastest growing wholesale building material distributors in the country, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in our Aberdeen, Maryland Distribution Center.
Directly supervises 8-12 employees in the Sales Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems, motivating/coaching. This position will cover Northern boundary - Scranton PA. Eastern Boundary - Atlantic ocean. Southern Boundary - Tidewater VA., Western Boundary - I-81 Corridor.
